Rebecca Bird, the founder and CEO of Cumbrian firm Precision HR, has been nominated for the highly coveted “One to Watch” category at the 2025 Northern Power Women Awards.
The Northern Power Women Awards, now in its ninth year, is the largest celebration of gender equality in Europe. The awards recognise and celebrate the achievements of individuals and organizations that are driving positive change and promoting gender equality across the North of England. With over 25 years of experience in human resources, Rebecca has established herself as a leading figure in the industry. She holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Rebecca’s journey began with her role as Managing Director and Shareholder of a successful Cumbrian recruitment and training company. This experience provided her with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This year, she founded Precision HR, a consultancy dedicated to providing straightforward, practical HR solutions tailored to the unique needs of SMEs and is already going from strength to strength.
The Northern Power Women Awards ceremony will take place on March 18, 2025, at the Manchester Central Convention Complex. The event will bring together inspiring role models and trailblazers from across the North of England to celebrate their achievements and contributions to gender equality.
